East Valley Region schedule will head to spring training venues

One of the few good things about the spring training schedule ending for this baseball junkie is it means the ballparks become available.

And the East Valley Region teams take over.

It is getting close to that time again as the spring training winds down – it ends a week from today – and soon thereafter the local Mesa teams start playing some of their region games in the ballparks.

Here is a look at this year’s schedule:

April 3

Mesa vs. Skyline at HoHoKam Stadium, 4 p.m.

Mountain View vs. Red Mountain at HoHoKam Stadium, 6:30 p.m.

April 5

Mountain View vs. Red Mountain at HoHoKam Stadium, 4 p.m.

Skyline vs. Mesa at HoHoKam Stadium, 6:30 p.m.

April 6

Westwood at Mountain View at HoHoKam Stadium, 4 p.m.

April 10

Mountain View vs. Westwood at HoHoKam Stadium, 4 p.m.

Dobson vs. Mesa at HoHoKam Stadium, 6:30

April 12

Mountain View vs. Skyline at HoHoKam, 4 p.m.

Mesa vs. Westwood at HoHoKam Stadium, 6:30 p.m.

April 17

Skyline vs. Skyline at HoHoKam, 4 p.m.

Dobson vs. Red Mountain at HoHoKam Stadium, 6:30 p.m.

April 19

Mesa at Red Mountain at Sloan Park, 4 p.m.

Westwood vs. Skyline at HoHoKam, 6:30 p.m.

Dobson vs. Mountain View at Sloan Park, 6:30 p.m.

April 20

Skyline vs. Westwood at HoHoKam Stadium, 6 p.m.
