Fellowship Square Historic Mesa announced three new Education Connection Classes for spring. Designed for seniors, these seminars are free and open to the public. The first class on March 15 is geared toward outpatient rehabilitation — including the physical, occupational and speech therapies available at the Outpatient Rehabilitation Services Clinic at 155 W. Brown Road in Mesa.
The second class is presented by Aviant Hospice and Palliative Care on April 19. Palliative care focuses on specialized medical care for that helps provide relief from pain, symptoms and stress while also improving quality of life for the patient and their loved ones. On May 17, the topic of the third course is senior fitness and abundant life and will cover tips for staying active over 60.
All the classes begin at 1 p.m. in the community room at Fellowship Square Historic Mesa, 35 W. Brown Road.
