Friend of the Week: Lucky’s asking Santa for a forever home!

Lucky. (Friends for Life Animal Rescue)

Lucky hasn’t been so lucky as of late, but his luck is sure to change. Lucky is just over 2 years old and became homeless in early November when his family moved back to Korea and couldn’t take him.

He’s a sweet little Chi blend weighing about 12 pounds. Those that know him think he’d be happiest in a home with another dog. Lucky enjoys sitting on laps and spending time with his people (and other friendly dogs). He’s not fully house-trained just yet but with a little help he’ll have that mastered.

Lucky asked volunteers to help him write a letter to Santa: Dear Santa, I’ll give up all my toys if you find me a forever family to love me.”

Lucky’s adoption fee is $125. He is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped and licensed. He is living at the Friends for Life Animal Rescue’s adoption center in downtown Gilbert. He has his stocking all ready to go to hang over the mantel!
