GameNight: Allen leads Toros in blowout over Dobson

Mountain View climbed back to .500 on Friday with a decisive win over Dobson.

The Toros, who had lost three of four, scored early and often against the Mustangs to win 49-0 in East Valley Region action.

Quarterback Brandon Nunez got the scoring started with a touchdown run and Devin Waite added a score and Mountain View never let up to win its 10th straight against Dobson since 2004.

Tate Allen had a pick 6 and touchdown reception, while Jeremiah Hollen also scored in the first half for a 42-0 lead at the intermission.

Allen added another touchdown catch in the third quarter for the final sore of the night.

The Toros, who had a second pick 6, move to 4-4 overall and 1-2 in the region, while the Mustangs dropped to 3-5 and 0-3.
