Kim Anderson of Kim Anderson Design is moving forward on interior design work for The Square at Cadence at Gateway, Harvard Investment’s Mesa master-planned community.

Groundwork for The Square has begun and Anderson’s team is brining their award-winning magic to the 12,000-square-foot community center set in a town-square type environment at the heart of Cadence at Gateway in Mesa. With more than 15 years experience focused on high-end residential and community clubs and resorts, Anderson and her team are working on a variety of gathering spaces including a café-style gathering space, “The Square Route” Visitor’s Center, “Flourish” Community Center, the “Chute” Pool Complex, “Moto” Fitness Center and more. It is anticipated The Square will be complete late 2018.

“We work to create places that are fresh and unexpected, while approachable and modern,” said Anderson, principal of Kim Anderson Design. “Specializing in making community spaces feel welcoming through layering color, textures and elements, our team has embraced Cadence at Gateway — and we have especially enjoyed working with Harvard Investments on what may be the most exciting and unique master-planned community in the Valley. They are so open which means we can always bring them our best ideas. ”

Anderson’s interior design vision is to create spaces that encourages fun, fitness, and an opportunity for lasting memories with family and friends. Often her team includes timeless design classics applied in a new and surprising manner.

Anderson showcases these same design perspectives in her recently launched Arcadia Public Market, a fine home furnishing store in Phoenix. It features custom furniture, one-of-a-kind décor and ideas to make an individual’s home as welcoming and well designed as the interiors of The Square at Cadence.

Anderson’s designs and all the amenities at The Square at Cadence at Gateway in Mesa will be available for residents on opening day, and all are included in the community’s attainable $125 per month HOA fee — an appealing value when compared to other master-planned communities throughout the U.S.
