Mesa City Sports Hall of Fame class to be honored

The Mesa City Hall of Fame ceremony is on Monday.

It’s that time of the year when high school sports in Mesa is celebrated.

The 26th Anniversary Mesa City Sports Hall of Fame ceremony is on Monday, Nov. 20 with two different events.

It kicks off with the SRP Breakfast of Champs at 8 a.m. as the event brings together the past and present inductees at the Mesa Public School Services Building, third floor, Sedona Room. It is located at 1025 N. Country Club in Mesa.

That evening brings the inductee reception at Red Mountain, 7301 E. Brown Road, at 6 p.m. with the ceremony following at 7 p.m. Both are in the Red Mountain auditorium and is free and open to the public.
