The trial of former Mesa Police Officer Mitchell Brailsford has concluded. The jury has reached a verdict of “not guilty.”

From the outset of this incident, we completed and provided a thorough investigation to the Maricopa County Attorneys Office (MCAO). We have confidence in the due process of the criminal justice system to review the facts completely and accurately.

  1. What a disgusting bully the police officer is.He got acquitted after the jury watched the video? You have to be kidding. He deliberately confused his victim by doing the left foot right foot thing then gunned him down when it was plainly obvious he could do no harm to anyone. I really wish I could have 5 minutes alone in a room with the scumbag cop.Bet he loved firearms. We all know the type.Hope he rots in hell.ONLY IN AMERICA
