According to a recent report released by real estate industry analysts Robert Charles Lesser & Company, Eastmark in Mesa earned the No. 11 spot as the top selling, master-planned communities in the nation for 2016.
Eastmark opened in 2013 and has continued to attract buyers from the East Valley, selling more than 500 homes in 2016. This year, Eastmark plans to add seven new neighborhoods and three new builders to the community for a total of 12 local and national homebuilders and 20 active neighborhoods in 2017.
