Mike Specht, vice president of surety with Minard-Ames Insurance Services, has been elected to the Save the Family Foundation board of directors.
Specht, who lives in Gilbert, is a lifelong surety professional with more than three decades of industry experience. He has been with Minard-Ames, an insurance and bonding agency specializing in commercial contractors, since 1999.
He also is associated with the Arizona Builder’s Alliance, Associated General Contractors of America, Construction Financial Management Association, the National Association of Surety Bond Producers and the Surety Association of America.
“Mike’s business experience and perspective will be a valuable and complementary asset for our board and Save the Family,” said Save the Family CEO Jacki Taylor.
Specht holds a master’s degree in business administration from the University of South Dakota and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Augustana College.
He will serve a three-year term on the Save the Family board.
