Mesa Vice Mayor David Luna will host his annual Heart Your Health Fitness and Wellness Expo at the Red Mountain Multigenerational Center, 7550 E. Adobe, this Saturday, Feb. 10. The free event will be from 8 a.m. to noon and will feature free fitness classes, an informational expo and a free breakfast.
“I am thrilled to once again be hosting the Heart Your Health event at Red Mountain Multigen,” Luna said. “Opening up the center for everyone to take some classes, learn how to live a healthy lifestyle and enjoy a healthy breakfast is a great way to spend a Saturday morning. It’s a wonderful opportunity to interact with your neighbors and learn some tips on how to live healthy.”
All attendees are invited to participate in free fitness classes including Zumba, Yoga, Power Step, Pilates and Cycling. The first class will begin at 8:10 a.m. and the last one will begin at 11:30 a.m.
In addition to the fitness classes, participants can also climb the rock wall or visit the Health and Wellness Expo. There will also be a drop-in pickleball tournament in the East Court Gym from 9 to 11 am. A healthy breakfast will also be served from 8 to 11 a.m. and there will be youth activities held all morning long.
